Baylor Reports Summer Enrollment Data

WACO, Texas - A total of 5,187 students were enrolled in summer classes at Baylor University during 1996.
Of the total, 4,988 students took classes at the Waco campus, which includes 3,699 undergraduates, 957 graduate students, 41 students at the George W. Truett Theological Seminary and 291 law students.
In addition to the Waco campus, 41 students attended the Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, and 158 students attended the Academy of Health Sciences in San Antonio, where Baylor has an affiliated degree program.
This summer's enrollment reflects a slight increase in the 1995 summer enrollment, which included 5,114 total students and 4,864 at the Waco campus.
Summer commencement will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 10, in the Ferrell Center.
