Truett Seminary to Hold First Golf Tournament April 18

WACO, Texas - The George W. Truett Theological Seminary of Baylor University will hold its first "Friends of Truett Golf Tournament" Thursday, April 18, at Western Oaks Country Club in Waco.
Registration will be held at 8 a.m. with a 9 a.m. shotgun start. Baylor President Robert B. Sloan Jr. will begin the tournament with a ceremonial first drive.
The purpose of the annual golf tournament is to help Truett Seminary establish relationships with Texas Baptists, Waco community leaders, and others who would have interest in the concerns of Truett Seminary.
Registration is still available for $25 which includes green fees, cart, refreshments, lunch and prizes. A Truett T-shirt can be purchased for an additional $5.
Teams will be formed by handicap, and a scramble format will be played.
