Dr. Andrea Dixon is associate professor and the Frank M. And Floy Smith Holloway Professor of marketing at Baylor and executive director of Baylor�s Keller Center for Research and the Center for Professional Selling.
Her research interests include behavioral issues related to sales, service and customer satisfaction. She has a background in industrial research, planning and advertising, and she has published award-winning research in numerous prestigious journals.
Dr. Dixon is past-president of the Selling and Sales Management Special Interest Group of the American Marketing Association (AMA) and currently serves on the AMA Academic Council, which represents the entire academy.
