McNair Scholars Program

The Baylor McNair Scholars Program aims to prepare low-income, first generation and other underrepresented students in acquiring the knowledge, skills and capacities necessary to successfully navigate a path to a Ph.D. program following graduation from Baylor. The program prepares Undergraduate students for the rigors of Ph.D. studies through immersion in research and a variety of scholarly activities.
