Refund and Ticketing Policy

Ticketing Policy
All Mayborn Museum Complex ticket sales and reservations are final. Tickets are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable.
In the event of a museum closing or program cancellation, customer ticket orders will be rebooked or refunded.
Please note all transactions will appear as Baylor University.

Online
You can order tickets and make reservations online. Visit our homepage for booking and details. We currently offer special exhibit tickets and memberships online. Please note that not all exhibitions, programs, and events offer online ticketing.

At the Museum
To purchase tickets and make reservations, visit one of the Ticketing Desks in the main lobby to speak with a member of the Visitor Services Team during regular museum hours.

Discounts
The Mayborn Museum Complex offers free admission to all active students of Baylor University, TSTC, and MCC. We also offer free admission to active duty military. These discounts are not available online. Please purchase your tickets at the Ticketing Desks in the main lobby of the Mayborn Museum Complex.
Please note that some special exhibits require all active students of Baylor University, TSTC, and MCC and active duty military to pay a reduced admission fee.
All other discounts and coupons are not valid for online use. If you have one you would like to use, please purchase your tickets at the Mayborn Museum Complex.

Customer Confidentiality
All customer information provided during sales is securely stored for the completion of sales and reporting. Customer address information may be used for future mailings unless otherwise requested.
