About Groups
Make your group outing one to remember with a visit to the Mayborn Museum! Explore and learn at your own pace with a self-guided experience.
All school groups must provide at least one group leader (18 yrs+) per 10 students.
To schedule a group time, please call 254-710-7526 between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Call early in the school year with the following information to secure your date:
- Group name, phone number, mailing address, e-mail address, and name of main contact person
- Grade level or age, number of classes, and number of individuals in your group
- Alternate dates and times in case of scheduling conflicts

***Parents, grandparents, siblings, and additional guests pay regular admission. Museum members receive free admission; however, a membership may not be applied to the field trip student fee.
Payment Methods
We accept cash, checks and credit cards. Please make check payable to Baylor University.
Cancellations
Please call 254-710-7526 as soon as possible if you need to cancel your reservation.

Lunch Information
The picnic tables located outside in the historic village are available free of charge. Please bring trash bags. In case of inclement weather or extreme temperatures, please make arrangements for lunch off-site. Small groups may be allowed to eat inside the museum on a case by case basis. If you are from out of town, the following places can potentially accommodate groups for lunch:

- Waco Parks and Recreation (254-750-8080)

The Mayborn Museum Complex is located on the Baylor University Campus at 1300 S. University Parks Drive, Waco, TX 76706.
Parking
The Mayborn Museum Complex offers free parking directly in front of the museum. The museum's parking lot is for museum visitors only.
