Baylor University lies in Waco, Texas on Interstate I-35 between Dallas/Fort Worth and Austin, Texas.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Indigo Hotel for a special rate. Contact the hotel directly at (254) 754-7000 if you would like to make a reservation. The rooms will be released after March 30, 2022. Use the link below for a map of hotels within 10 minute driving distance from campus.

Practical information:

Financial Support: Limited financial funds are available to cover the local expenses of the participants without external support. Junior researchers, graduate students and members from underrepresented groups are especially encouraged to apply for financial support by contacting the organizers.

Wi-Fi connection: By all means plan on using eduroam if you have it. If you don't have it, get it now if your institution is a member. Other possibilities exist but are far inferior and cumbersome to organize.

Parking: If you plan to park a car on campus during the conference, please use this link (and continue on the next page by clicking on "Are you a visitor?") to register as a visitor.

The visiting parking slots comprise the first 3 rows starting from the left when confronting the main entrance of Sid Richardson, the mathematics building (between 3rd and 4th street); they are marked in green. (Faculty and Staff parking slots are to the right of the visitor slots and marked in yellow.) See the following map:

Sponsored by the College of Arts and Science and the Department of Mathematics of Baylor University, the National Science Foundation, and the Simons Foundation .
