"These past three years have been the most transformative, intentional, life-giving three years of my life. Also the hardest, because college is hard. But I think, in a way, it's challenged me to look deeper and not just change things on the superficial surface of relationships -- even within my own journey to finding out who I am, who God created and called me to be. It's a deep heart-work, and Baylor just really made me aware that I had a lot of that to do.

"I like to say Baylor is the place where I fell in love with Jesus. I always knew who Jesus was, but it was the individuals and the people who intentionally invested into my life that really showed me who the person of the Lord was. And I just fell in love. I was like, "Okay, I get it. I want every part of it." And so that has led me down a path that has redirected my major. Came in pre-med, not even pre-med anymore. I'm literally aspiring towards higher education now, which is just so wild. I have a deep heart for college students and for individuals who are just looking to find a home wherever the Lord places them. My life has flipped upside down; everything that I had planned, the Lord was like, "Okay, yeah, no."

"Baylor is such a special place to be in. When the people around you care, and you know that they care, it just changes everything around you. Baylor has been just phenomenal."
