A part of Library and Academic Technology Services, Experiential Learning Commons (ELC) provides experiential learning and common spaces in Moody Library. These include DIY video and audio recording studios, a makerspace that emphasizes digital fabrication, space to explore emerging technology like VR/AR, a 24-hour flexible, technology-rich study commons, and a walk-up service point. Professional Academic Consultants and student interns provide digital media and making support.
HelpDesk+, a walk-up service point, co-staffed with the ITS Help Desk, provides IT support for campus technology and software, as well as loaner equipment for digital media projects and other academic work with technology.

, in the Garden Level of Moody Library, anchors the premier on-campus study spot. With a Starbucks nearby, students flock to the 24-hour Study Commons to meet and study. Furniture is on wheels, and technology is abundant. HelpDesk+ staff can loan you equipment
like laptops, projectors, and chargers; support Airbear, Duo, password resets, mail, clickers, and PawPrints; and answer general hardware and software questions.

The Makerspace started with 3-D print fulfillment, and has grown to include many more digital fabrication tools, right in the library. Come have a look around. We're proud to oversee and offer a unique partnership with the Maker's Edge in downtown Waco. Activate a two week pass and unleash your inner maker, courtesy of Baylor Libraries!
PawPrints Student Printing
Students, staff, and faculty may print from any computer on the Baylor network. Install
only 4 campus queues or simply email or upload documents to print. Release
your documents from any device to any of the 120+ campus printers on our map
Each semester, users receive $28 of printing credit at no additional cost (good for 800 2-sided B&W prints). Additional pages are charged at a subsidized rate.

The Library and Information Technology Services Student Advisory Group (LITSSAG) was established to ensure that the student perspective is present in the planning and evaluation of Library and ITS services, spaces, and operations.
