The Digitization and Digital Preservation (DDP) team serves the special collections, holding institutions, and museums of Baylor University through digitization of rare and unique items, preservation of digital files, and presentation of digital collections as part of the Digital Collections of Baylor University.
The Experiential Learning Commons (ELC) unit of Library and Academic Technology Services provides experiential learning and common spaces in Moody Library.

Learning Spaces is a team of 8 with over 50 years of combined experience in academic and A/V technology. We provide services that focus on technology in the classroom, conference rooms, and computer labs. Learning Spaces designs, trains for, supports and maintains more than 550 technology classrooms, conference rooms, labs and portable systems across campus.
Staff in Learning Systems provide support, training, system administration, and integration services for academic technology systems used for teaching and learning. Our team provides system administration and support services for the Canvas learning management system, WordPress-based web sites of a personal and academic nature, web conferencing solutions, and other campus-wide academic technology systems.
The Library Systems group manages the technology-based resources and services within the library including access to electronic resources, OneSearch, BEARdocs, course reserves, copyright assistance, and more.
