Make An Appointment

The Arts and Special Collections Research Center encourages students, faculty, visiting researchers and members of the community to explore our unique collections.

Use

All collections are non-circulating and must be viewed in the library reading room. Food, beverages, tobacco, and flash photography are prohibited in the Reading Room. Backpacks and other personal items must be stored in a staff designated area in the room.

Appointments

Appointments are not required, but visitors are strongly encouraged to set up an appointment to ensure that staff and rooms are available for your use. Please follow the instructions below to make an appointment. We will make every effort to arrange a time as soon as possible.

To make an appointment:

  • Submit a Request Form
  • Library personnel will contact you to set up an appointment day and time.
  • Once the appointment is confirmed, you will receive a link to the Instructions for Use Form
  • Please review these instructions prior to your appointment.

Location

Appointments are typically held in the Riley Reading and Digitization Presentation Room on the third floor of Moody Memorial Library.

Hours

Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm
