Special Collections

The holdings of Moody Library Special Collections range from the 4th century to the present. With over 48,000 volumes, the collection covers a wide range of disciplines in rare books, manuscripts, books arts, scholars’ libraries, archives, early printed music and more.
As the Library of Congress states: Primary sources are the raw materials of history. The materials in our collections are your history - our history. Researchers, classes, and community members are encouraged and welcome to visit and use these unique materials housed here at Baylor University.
