Moody and Jones Libraries Room Reservations

Moody and Jones Libraries offer a variety of spaces and encourage faculty, students and external communities to consider holding future meetings, tutorials, small instruction classes and hands-on computer classes in library spaces.

To Reserve A Room

  • Baylor departments, Baylor student groups
    1. Review the Moody and Jones Libraries room list below
    2. Complete a Room Reservation Request Form
  • Baylor libraries personnel
    1. Review the Moody and Jones Libraries room list below
    2. Make a room reservation through Outlook.
    3. Additional assistance is available by completing a Room Reservation Request Form

Available Rooms

Allbritton Foyer
Allbritton Foyer in Moody Memorial Library is home to Starbucks Coffee and provides general study spaces.

Creekmore Conference Room
Creekmore Conference room is primarily for library-sponsored presentations and instruction.

Dennis Campbell Innovative Learning Space (Jones 200)
Jones 200 is used primarily for library-sponsored presentations and instruction.

Dottie S. Riley Conference Room
The primary purpose of the Dottie S. Riley Conference Room is for library-sponsored presentations and meetings with high priority given to conferencing meetings. This space is also available to students during limited hours.

Jones 105
The primary purpose of the Jones 105 classroom is library instruction.

Leach Conference Room
The primary purpose of Leach Conference room is for library sponsored presentations and meetings.

Moody 104 Active Learning Lab
The primary purpose of this space is for classes that use active learning methods. The Active Learning Lab encourages experimentation with a wide variety of teaching and learning strategies.

Moody G-34
The primary purpose of Moody G-34 is for library-sponsored presentations and meetings.

Moody G-42
The primary purpose of Moody G-42 is to support a hands-on, workshop-style of instruction.

New Mothers Rooms
The Baylor Libraries support our new mothers who are working or studying on campus. Two private and comfortable rooms in Moody Memorial Library are available for either expressing breast milk or breastfeeding.

Ray I. Riley Reading and Digitization Presentation Room
The primary purpose of the reading room is to provide a research space for work with library rare items.
