Experience
Ben Wong began working at Baylor University in 2013 with the Classroom Technology Support group. As an Academic Consultant, he works with technology in classrooms and shared spaces across campus. His role involves in-person and remote support of faculty and staff in instructional environments, technology maintenance and issue resolution, and A/V training. Ben also works with videoconferencing as the lead for Webex training and support.
Outside of work, Ben’s interests include gaming, music, and bouldering.
