Andy began working in Library and Academic Technology Services in 2018. He oversees the staff and services of HelpDesk+, which provides technology equipment circulation and multimedia equipment and spaces to the Baylor community. In addition, he is the primary administrator for the Kaltura video platform and provides support and training to students, faculty, and staff.
Outside of work, Andy is a musician and an avid film watcher.
