Scheduling

The Baylor Libraries routinely produce exceptional public events, exhibits, and other engaging activities during the course of an academic year. Whether a public lecture featuring a reputable scholar, an exhibit that highlights our collections, or a conference hosted by one of our Libraries, these activities are a vital part of our academic contribution to the Baylor and local communities.

This scheduling platform is designed to assist with the coordination of our activities. As you are in the initial planning stages of an event, exhibit, or another type of public engagement for the Baylor Libraries please consult the calendar below to find open dates and also complete the online Baylor Libraries Scheduling form, which is available at the link below.

Ideally we like to space public engagements presented by the Libraries 2-3 weeks apart from one another. Spacing our events over the course of the year gives the Libraries a consistent presence in the Baylor and Waco communities. In addition, having space between events provides adequate time for careful planning, promotion, and execution to ensure that each event achieves its goal.
