As such, Residential Technology Services (ResTech), provides support and education to on-campus residents in their use of technology. Unique device connectivity questions for those living on-campus should be directed here. Examples include room access, cable TV, network access for gaming consoles and smart devices, and wireless availability.

If your problem persists after completing the steps above, contact the Help Desk. The Help Desk is open Monday - Friday, 8:00A - 5:00P. Email and voicemail are checked first thing every weekday morning.
- Check the Service Menu and Software List for tips and to confirm support is available.
- Restart your computer.
- Check your power, network, and other cables to see if they are loose or unplugged.
- Write down the exact error message reported by your computer.
- Check to see if anyone in your area is having the same problem.
For PawPrints issues, Clicker support, Airbear and mail setup, general computing issues, or software assistance, visit TechPoint, located on the Garden Level of Moody Memorial Library. Our student or full-time staff will directly assist you or refer you to someone who can help. We also have long-term laptop checkout available for qualifying students.
Located in the Baylor Bookstore, and supplementing its technology sales department, the Campus Technology Repair Center is a licensed AppleCare and Dell repair shop, but can also work on other computers. Prices are competitive. Visit them during bookstore hours. Customers may qualify for long-term checkout from TechPoint with repair ticket.
