A part of Library and Academic Technology Services, Learning
Spaces and Media Services (LSMS) is responsible for general
access technology across campus, many departmental computer labs,
academic software licensing, student printing, the Library's Media
Lab and Makerspace, and the popular collaborative study space: Moody
Library's Study Commons.
The HelpDesk+ service desk in the Study Commons is a collaboration
between the Libraries and ITS and is available to answer your academic
technology questions and help reserve and use our equipment and spaces.

HelpDesk+ staff can loan you equipment
like laptops, projectors, and
chargers; support Airbear, Duo, password resets, mail, clickers, and PawPrints; and answer
general hardware and software questions.
The Media Lab supports audio & visual projects of all kinds. Explore our AV equipment

The Makerspace started with 3-D print fulfillment, and has grown to include many more digital fabrication tools, right in the library. Come have a look around. We're proud to oversee and offer a unique partnership with the Maker's Edge in downtown Waco. Activate a two week pass and unleash your inner maker, courtesy of Baylor Libraries!
PawPrints Student Printing
Students, staff, and faculty may print from any computer on the Baylor network. Install
only 4 campus queues or simply email or upload
documents to print. Release
your documents from any device to any of the 120+ campus printers on our map
Each semester, users receive $28 of printing credit at no additional cost (good for 800 2-sided B&W prints). Additional pages are charged
at a subsidized rate.

The Library and Information Technology Services Student Advisory Group (LITSSAG) was established to ensure that the student perspective is present in the planning and evaluation of Library and ITS services, spaces, and operations.
