The Research & Engagement Department provides public services to library clients across five service points including the Jones Information Desk, The Moody Circulation Desk, the Crouch Fine Arts Library Service Desk, the Moody Foyer Entrance Desk, and the Garden Level Entrance Desk. The Research & Engagement Department consists of public services staff and subject specialist librarians. Services include specialized reference services, general library information, and circulation services. The Liaison Librarians work directly with the faculty and students in each of the academic departments schools on campus, offering customized research support and services based on the unique culture of each discipline. The liaison librarians offer general and course-specific instruction sessions and research assistance. They are also instrumental in collection development.
