Several opportunities available to Graduate Students require advance registration. The following sections provide further information for several programs held within the GRC, Libraries, and other campus partners.
The Collaboration/Consultation Rooms provide space for 2-8 people working in a group environment. Each room has either a 60" or 80" screen with ClickShare technology. Up to 2 buttons per room for ClickShare can be checked out at the front desk. Reservations can be made by clicking the button below.
The Collaboration Plus room is a state-of-the-art videoconferencing space for graduate students, faculty, and graduating seniors. Outfitted with a 70’’ monitor, a mounted camera, a shiplap backdrop, and sound-proofing, this professional, easy-to-use space will help you succeed in your next video-call! Laptops are available for check-out at Moody Library Tech Point.

The Conference room seats up to 12 people and has a 60" screen with ClickShare technology. The location in the GRC makes it ideal for small class or large group meetings.
The Visualization Studio is home to our new 20'x 4' VizWall. Seating capacity is 30 at tables with an additional 10 in chair seating. Add to your classroom experience with Digital Scholarship or attend one of the upcoming Library Workshops for a demonstration. We encourage those who would like to introduce Digital Scholarship into their class to contact our DS Librarian Joshuan Been before reserving the room.
