Beginning Monday, August 17, the Learning Spaces team of the Baylor Libraries will test the auto-recording functionality of classrooms across the Baylor campus. Faculty scheduled to teach in these rooms during the fall will see videos appear in their My Media sections of Canvas. These videos are private and cannot be viewed by students enrolled in the course. Rooms that are booked in Ad Astra for events and all of the classrooms in Foster will not be included in next week's testing. Click here for a list of rooms in Ad Astra that will be exempted from auto-recording until the first week of classes. The Learning Spaces team is posting signs to warn people that these rooms are being recorded even if they are vacant.
On August 18-19, Baylor teaching faculty are invited to participate in a Zoom-based walk through of the remote delivery technology in each of the four classroom types on campus. Interested faculty can find the Zoom information for each session below:
