Emerging Leaders Retreat
The Emerging Leaders Retreat is designed for first (including transfer) and second-year students to appreciate, develop, and strengthen their leadership skills. The retreat provides participants the opportunity to focus on self-awareness, as well as awareness of others, explore varied types of leadership styles, develop team building skills, and reflect on the role of the student leader. Activities and discussions are facilitated by upper-class student leaders, allowing participants to network and learn from one another.
Participants will be provided meals and transportation to a space off-campus for an immersive experience, free of charge. Prepare to have fun, connect with your peers, and learn about yourself and how to interact and lead in the Baylor community and beyond!
