The Leadership Living Learning Center (LEAD LLC) is a residential experience that challenges and equips students to live a more meaningful life, and to influence others to make a positive impact on their world. LEAD cultivates students' leadership ability by preparing them for and engaging them in hands on experiences and by providing continuous feedback and reflection on their leadership development.
Reprising Baylor's Leadership Fellows program, LEAD is one of Baylor's flagship living learning communities. LEAD intentionally connects Baylor's living and learning initiatives to its core commitment to leadership and service.
Believing that learning happens best in community, LEAD LLC men will live together in Allen Residence Hall. LEAD-LLC women live together in adjacent Dawson Residence Hall.
As members of the Leadership Living-Learning Center (LEAD) we strive to enrich our lives through our convictions of dutiful service, leadership development, and authentic community that goes beyond ourselves and responds to the needs of our city, and our world.
We seek to manifest our convictions through relationships characterized by dependability, reliability, and accountability in a community filled with students and staff united around a common vision and shared convictions. We seek a high standard of integrity and honesty, at all time and in all places, as we live and work alongside students, faculty, and staff within LEAD and beyond.
To fulfill these beliefs, we dedicate ourselves to being a community enlivened spiritually, academically, and socially through classes, conversations, and relationships with peers, faculty, and staff.
In light of the above, we commit ourselves to be men and women of authenticity, celebrating and respecting the diversity of opinions, gifts, and insights within our community.
