Worldwide Leadership and Service
In keeping with Baylor’s Christian mission to educate men and women for worldwide leadership and service, the Academy seeks to connect faculty, staff, and students with the surrounding community through informed engagement, civic obligation, and impactful service in order to promote positive social change. Baylor's mission inextricably links leadership and service and the following opportunities seek to live out that mission in tangible ways.
In our commitment to Christ and the work with each other as well as with the community at large, we will be:
Empowering in all that we do, we seek to build capacity and to foster human capability
Purposeful as we work with the goal of having a positive impact. We look for ways to assess that impact and to improve our efforts.
Caring and focus on compassion, responsibility, and stewardship.
Collaborative as we build trust and effective working relationships internally and externally through listening and cooperation.
