Dean Jackson Discusses 10th Court of Appeals

December 16, 2013

Baylor Law School Associate Dean Leah Jackson was quoted over the weekend in a Waco Tribune-Herald article that looks at the future of the 10th Court of Appeals.

The article focuses on how the 10th Court of Appeals is outgrowing its current space on the fourth floor of the McLennan County Courthouse.

According to the Waco Tribune-Herald, Chief Justice Tom Gray "envisions using a space downtown or have a building donated near Baylor Law School" and would like to involve Baylor students.

Dean Jackson said that if such a plan ever came to fruition, it could provide students with a valuable learning experience.
