January 14, 2013

Papers written by two Baylor Law School professors are listed as three of the top 10 most downloaded Social Science Research Network (SSRN) papers over the past 60 days.

Associate Professor Luke Meier's "Probability, Confidence, and the 'Reasonable Jury' Standard" and "Probability, Confidence, and the Constitutionality of Summary Judgment," as well as Professor Rory Ryan's "Amicus Brief on Behalf of Law Professors in Gunn V. Minton" were among SSRN's top 10 most downloaded articles in the Federal Courts & Jurisdiction eJournal All Papers, Law & Society: Civil Procedure eJournal All Papers, and Law & Society: Courts eJournal All Papers.

SSRN is devoted to the rapid worldwide dissemination of social science research and is composed of a number of specialized research networks in each of the social sciences. Each of SSRN's networks encourages the early distribution of research results by publishing submitted abstracts and by soliciting abstracts of top quality research papers around the world.
