Fingerprinting for Declaration of Intent to Study Law in Texas

October 2, 2012

Fingerprinting sessions for Summer and Fall 2012 entering classes preparing their Declaration of Intent to Study Law in Texas are set to take place at Baylor Law School on Nov. 13 and 20.

Students interested in being fingerprinted at one of these sessions must schedule an appointment no later than Friday evening, Nov. 9.

Students also may schedule an individual fingerprinting appointment at their convenience at a location in Waco. Information on scheduling an individual appointment and about the fingerprinting requirement is available on the Texas Board of Law Examiners website.

There is no deadline to be fingerprinted, but it is recommended that students be fingerprinted within five or six months of matriculating.

Information on scheduling an appointment is available here.
