Angela Cruseturner has been named Director of Career Development for Baylor Law School. Prior to be named director, Cruseturner served for four years as the Director of Admissions and Student Recruitment at Baylor Law. Mike Berry, who has served as Director of Career Development, is retiring.

Sarah Chervinsky of Yale Law School was crowned the winner at Baylor Law School's National Top Gun Mock Trial Competition on Sunday afternoon, June 5, in Waco. Chervinsky defeated Shannon Cornman O'Guin of Samford University's Cumberland School of Law in the finals. A total of 18 trial advocacy students from top programs in the United States competed.

Baylor Law alumnus David McCall was honored at Chabad of Plano's 19th annual "Evening of Leadership, Friendship and Purpose." McCall received the Distinguished Civic Leadership Award from Rabbi Menachem Block.
