"It’s an amazing experience that I think is worth every penny that I put into it, and I’d strongly encourage anybody that wants to further their career to give this program a chance. I think they’d be very pleased with it. I know I am."
There are three ways admitted candidates can benefit from free financial aid opportunities:
EARLY ADMISSIONS SCHOLARSHIPS | EMPLOYER PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES | FIRM TRAINING / CLE DOLLARS |
---|---|---|
A limited number of admitted candidates who apply early can earn up to $10,000 in scholarship funds. Applications must be received before the first of every month leading up to the final priority deadline on Dec 1, 2021 for the Spring 2022 cohort, or on Aug 1, 2022 for the Fall 2022 cohort. |
Baylor Law will match employer contributions toward tuition up to $5,000 on behalf of admitted candidates. Group discounts may be available to employers who have multiple admitted candidates in a given cohort. |
Does your law firm contribute training or CLE dollars to ongoing education and thought leadership? Our program fulfills CLE requirements, meaning candidates can utilize available funds towards tuition reduction. |
Payment plans through Baylor University are available for candidates with 25% of the total bill, and a $50 enrollment fee, being due 10 days before the start of the trimester with three subsequent payments throughout that trimester. In addition to personal payment, students interested in taking out federal loans via submitting the FAFSA are eligible to receive $20,500 in federal direct unsubsidized aid per academic year or can apply for Graduate Plus loans. We recommend that all interested candidates reach out for a financial aid informational discussion with our team to determine unique courses of action.
