Safari 3rd Party Cookies error

If you receive an error in Safari about 3rd Party cookies when trying to watch Kaltura recorded videos in Canvas, please follow these instructions.

1. In Safari, go to the Safari menu at the top left and select

2. Click the Privacy tab.

 

3. Follow instructions on image above to un-check "Prevent cross-site tracking"

4. Close the preferences by clicking the red dot at the top left

5. Refresh the My Media page in Canvas.

6. The videos should now show and play.
