Please report any occasions in which you did not receive the printed pages requested through PawPrints.
Simply go to the Pawprints web site https://print.baylor.edu:9192/app, login and select Recent Print Jobs on the left menu. Then locate the job for which you would like to request a refund due to damaged pages, jams, poor ink quality and etc. Then select "[request refund]" next to the failed job and input the reason for your request.
