Tristan graduated from Baylor Law School in 2021 with a Business Planning Special Distinction. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Geology from the University of Alabama in 2017. Tristan chose Baylor Law School to return to his Texas roots after living in Georgia for a decade. He is passionate about the Transactional Law program at Baylor and loves working to improve and expand it. As the Business and Transactional Law Associate, he works closely with the transactional law faculty in all aspects of research, administration, and support for the transactional law program. He also acts as a "mid-level to senior associate" in the Entrepreneurship Clinic by reviewing and drafting documents for the Clinic's clients.
While at Baylor Law, Tristan took courses in the Business Planning and Real Estate & Natural Resources professional tracks and earned the GPA required to graduate with a Business Planning Special Distinction. As a student, he was vice president of the Federalist Society and competed in multiple national transactional law competitions. He and his partner finished in the top third at the LawMeets M&A Competition in 2020 and won Best Negotiation at the UCLA Transactional Law Competition in 2021. His areas of interest and practice include mergers & acquisitions, capital markets & securities, and venture capital.
In his free time, Tristan enjoys spending time with his Labrador Retriever and best friend, Dallas. He is a first-generation American and is always learning new Greek recipes and phrases to stay in touch with his Greek culture.
