Allen Page joined the faculty of Baylor Law as a full-time professor in Summer 2020. Professor Page teaches advanced business law courses such as Venture Capital and Mergers and Acquisitions. Prior to joining Baylor’s faculty, Professor Page gained experience as a corporate and securities attorney in Austin, Texas with firms such as Vinson & Elkins and DLA Piper. Professor Page also served as General Counsel of an early-stage technology company. Professor Page is active in the Waco community, serving on the board of directors of multiple emerging technology companies in the area that are closely aligned with Baylor research.
Professor Page earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Baylor Law in 2010 with a concentration in Business Transactions. He also served as an Executive Editor for the Baylor Law Review. Professor Page and his wife, Melinda (also a 2010 Baylor Law alumnus), are blessed with three boys. They are also active members of First Baptist Church of Lorena.
