The women of the Black Law Student Association went to Austin for the UT Law Thurgood Marshall Legal Society’s Black Women’s Brunch. The group got to attend a networking brunch and panels focusing on the experience of Black women in the legal profession
Several Diversity In Law students attended the Texas Minority Counsel Program (TCMP) Law Student Program in Las Colinas where the attended a panel and a networking session with TCMP Conference attendees during a reception.
In honor of Black History Month, the Black Law Student Association (BLSA) and Baylor Law sponsored a festive and insightful quiz on Black history – complete with fun prizes, tasty snacks, and coffee and hot chocolate from Thrst Coffee.
