If the fourth or fifth quarter is during the summer or winter term, students are required to take Constitutional Law and Remedies. If the fourth or fifth quarter is during the fall or spring term, students are required to take Business Organizations, Trust & Estates and desired electives.

All students must take Practice Court 1, 2 and Professional Responsibility in their seventh, eighth or ninth quarter if such quarter is a fall quarter, or in their sixth, seventh, eighth or ninth quarter if such quarter is a spring quarter. Students are required to take Practice Court 3 in the quarter immediately following Practice Court 1 and 2. Students in Practice Court 1, 2 and Professional Responsibility cannot enroll in any other course, and students in Practice Court 3 cannot schedule other afternoon courses beginning 2:40 or later, unless approved by Associate Dean Teague.

Additional Required Courses

Students with a cumulative grade point average of 2.4 or lower at the end of the third quarter of law school (when all grades are completed) are required to take five of the following seven courses prior to graduation.
