Whether you're looking for student clerks, or new or experienced lawyers, let us know your needs, and we will find great candidates for you. Your time is valuable, and we’ll do what you need to make recruiting at Baylor Law a simple and enjoyable process. We offer several formal on-campus interview (OCI) sessions throughout the year, but we are happy to assist you at any time throughout the year in finding exactly what you need—a well-prepared and confident lawyer. We understand that legal recruitment looks different this season. Baylor Law is offering a variety of recruitment programs this year that we hope meet the needs of employers and students. If you have any questions about which program is the best fit for your organization, please contact us.


2021 February Interview Program (Virtual)

2021 March Interview Program

  • March 25-26
  • All Employers
  • 1L, 2L, 3L, Alumni
  • Registration Open 8/10
  • We hope this will be an in-person interview program, but we will make that determination closer to the event.
