Lewis R. Sifford, JD '71, received the 2020 Morris Harrell Professionalism Award. The award is presented annually by the Dallas Bar Association and the Texas Center for Legal Ethics and Professionalism to exceptional attorneys who, through their conduct and character, best exemplify professional traits that other attorneys admire and should strive to emulate.

Marilea W. Lewis, JD '78, partner at the Dallas based family law firm Duffee + Eitzen, was awarded Top 50 Female Super Lawyer and Top 100 DFW Super Lawyer recognition.
Deborah Perry, JD '97, with Munsch Hardt in Dallas, was named to the 2020 Texas Super Lawyers list for her work in Business/Bankruptcy.
David A. Skeels, JD '03, of Fort Worth's Whitaker Chalk Law Firm, has been named a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.
Misty Cunningham, JD '06, serves as the Executive Director of the 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, The Millstone Project. Misty founded the organization to address and expose child trafficking and exploitation in Texas. The Millstone Project focuses on assisting victims and their families and provides resources to other Texas organizations that aid abuse victims.
Brad J. Robinson, JD '06, recently became partner of Sbaiti & Company in Dallas. He handles complex litigation and personal injury matters for the firm.
Stephen Garner, JD '07, was named the Chief Executive Officer of the Abrazo Health Arrowhead Campus in Glendale, Arizona. Stephen rejoins Abrazo after two years as Tenet Palm Beach Group Chief Operating Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of Delray Medical Center in Delray Beach, Florida.
T. Hunter Lewis, JD '10, partner at the Dallas based family law firm Duffee + Eitzen, was named a Texas Super Lawyer in the practice of Family Law.
Taylor Lyons Mohr, JD '12, founded Mohr Law Group, an innovative new law firm focusing on family law, estate planning, probate, and criminal law. Mohr Law Group handles cases throughout the DFW Metroplex and is headed by two board certified attorneys: Taylor Mohr, who is board certified in family law, and Sarah Fox, who is board certified in criminal law. Taylor has been named a Rising Star by Texas Superlawyers for the years 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 and as a Top Attorney Under 40 by D Magazine in 2020.
Brittany N. Bunch, JD '17, joined the international law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges in Dallas. Bunch joins Weil after having served successive one-year clerkships with U.S. District Judge David C. Godbey of the Northern District of Texas, and with Judge Joel M. Carson III of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in Roswell, New Mexico. Prior to her judicial clerkships, she was an associate at another global law firm, where she worked on numerous litigation matters, ranging from copyright infringement and breach-of-contract suits to securities litigation.
