Dean Toben, the longest serving law school dean in the United States, is the M.C. & Mattie Caston Chair of Law and has served on the faculty at Baylor Law since 1983. Professor Guinn is the Lyndon L. Olson and William A. Olson Professor of Local Government and Constitutional Law, having served on the faculty at Baylor Law since 1966.
