Ron Bunch, JD '83

Ron Bunch, of Waxahachie, was appointed by the State Bar of Texas Board of Directors to the State Commission on Judicial Conduct for a six-year term.




Jana Litsey, JD '86

Jana Litsey was named general counsel of Huntington Bancshares Incorporated. She will join Huntington from Bank of America, where she served in multiple leadership roles for more than 20 years. In her new role, Litsey will be only the third general counsel of Huntington.




JoAl Cannon Sheridan, JD '92

JoAl Cannon Sheridan, of Sheridan Barrett Coble and Andrae in Austin, is the 2017-2018 president of the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists. She also was named as one of the Top 50 Lawyers in Central and West Texas by Super Lawyer.




Christopher B. Townbridge, JD '98

Christopher B. Townbridge, Jof Bell Nunnally & Martin, LLP in Dallas, was named to the 2017 Texas Super Lawyers list for business litigation.




Kristy J. Orr, JD '03,

Kristy J. Orr will join Baylor as the University's new Board Professional. In this new role, Orr will provide advice, guidance and support to President Linda A. Livingstone and the Board to facilitate communication in a manner that enhances effective Board operations, governance and relationships among the Regents, senior administration and other constituencies of the University.




Hon. John Webster, JD '03

Hon. John Webster was unanimously elected by the judges of Kern County in California to serve as a subordinate judicial officer. He is assigned to the East Kern Division, primarily in the Ridgecrest, CA branch. He hears traffic, family law, small claims, and other civil matters by assignment and criminal matters.




David Dial, JD '83

David Dial, of Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial in Atlanta, was selected to the 2018 edition of The Best Lawyers in America for construction law and litigation - construction.




Dustin Paschal, JD '05

Dustin Paschal, of Simon Paschal PLLC in Frisco was honored for his firm being named by Frisco Style Magazine as the 2017 Best of Business Award for Giving Back to the Community.




Sean Hicks, JD '10

Sean Hicks, of the Dallas office of Thompson, Coe, Cousins & Irons was promoted to partner. Hicks is a member of the Litigation and Products Liability & Mass Torts sections.




Hunter Polvi, JD '12,

Hunter Polvi, joined Sayles Webner in Dallas as a commercial litigation attorney.
