Performer to present piano recital Jan. 29

Jennifer Hayghe, a former student of the late Adele Marcus, will present a piano recital at 8 p.m. Jan. 29 in Roxy Grove Hall.

Hayghe's program will include music by Robert Schumann, Ludwig van Beethoven, Frederic Chopin and Franz Liszt.

She has performed with the Mostly Mozart Festival and was recently a soloist at Carnegie Hall.

Tickets now on sale for Moliere satire

Tickets go on sale Wednesday for the Waco Civic Theatre's February production of The Imaginary Invalid.

The play, which is a satire of the medical profession, was the author's last piece.

The Imaginary Invalid runs Feb. 9, 10, 11 and Feb. 15, 16 and 17 at the Waco Civic Theatre.
