University facilities to remain open during break

While students and professors take a break from the classroom, many University facilities will remain open during the week of spring break.

All administrative offices in Pat Neff Hall, Clifton Robinson Tower, George W. Truett Theological Seminary and campus academic buildings will be open for regular hours. The Campus Mail Room, Armstrong-Browning Library, Zachariah and Elizabeth Bobo Baptist Student Center and Wiethorn Information Center will keep their regular hours as well.

Students must leave the residence halls by 6 p.m. Friday and may return March 16 at 1 p.m. Brooks and Kokernot Residence Halls will provide interim housing for students during spring break.

Dining halls will close after lunch at 2 p.m. Friday and re-open March 17 for breakfast.

The Harrington House will close at 1:30 p.m. Friday and resume regular hours March 17 as well.

Moody Memorial Library, Jesse H. Jones Library, the Law Library and the Carroll Library Texas Collection will be open at various times throughout the week.

The Bill Daniel Student Center will also have different hours.

The Baylor Health Center will close at 6 p.m. Friday and re-open March 16. The Counseling Center will close Friday at 5 p.m. and re-open April 1 at 8 a.m. During the hours that the health center is open and the counseling center is closed, a counselor will be on call.
