Save Time with FindTime

Baylor ITS recently activated a Microsoft Outlook add-on that can help students, faculty and staff coordinate meeting times across organizations. Simply create a new message in the desktop or web-based version of Outlook, add all of the people included in the meeting in the "To:" field, and then select the "New Meeting Poll" icon in the ribbon at the top of the message window. Follow the prompts to propose times, indicate a location, and set additional poll options. When the poll is sent and a consensus is reached, a meeting invitation can automatically be sent to attendees. To learn more about Microsoft FindTime, visit baylor.edu/helpdesk/findtime.
