System Maintenance

On Friday, May 22nd at 8:00 a.m., our current installation of Webex will be removed so that a more robust Webex experience can take its place. This Webex outage will last until Monday, May 25th at 10:00 p.m. If you have recorded Webex sessions that you wish to preserve, you must download them by the end of the day on Thursday, May 21. In addition, if you have any Webex sessions scheduled using Webex in Canvas after May 22 they will be deleted as part of this transition.

During the transition to Baylor's new Webex platform, please use either Zoom or Microsoft Teams to support your video and team collaboration needs. More information about these platforms can be found on Baylor's Keep Teaching website, baylor.edu/keepteaching.

**As a reminder, the standard ITS weekly outage window is Thursday after 6:00 p.m., which will be used as scheduling and update requirements allow.
