Tivoli Outage

A memory and system upgrade must be performed on the ITS Tivoli system at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, September 29. The upgrade will take approximately one hour and during this outage all backup and restore services will be unavailable. This includes client backups normally scheduled during this time, client initiated backups and installation of new clients. All services will be restored and scheduled backups will be resumed at 4:00. Please check the downline (710-3696) for additional information at the time of the outage.
