Update on Email Issues 03/14/12

ITS staff members have been working continuously with Microsoft support since the update Monday evening made as a part of the Exchange 2010 project. Much progress on outstanding issues has been made.

However, some mobile devices (i.e., smart phones, tablets) will need to have their email server name setting updated in order to successfully connect to the Baylor system. In these cases, the server name should be updated to legacy.baylor.edu.
