CrashPlan is cloud-based storage that meets all Baylor security requirements and works from any internet connection at any time. Backups are continuous and will include any files located in the home directory. Restore capability can be provided from a client's computer or the CrashPlan website. CrashPlan is a user-based license, which means that it can be deployed on more than one computer.
Crash Plan Pro is the backup system Baylor will install on Category 1 computers.

During normal business hours, the Help Desk is available to respond immediately to questions on the currently supported version of software. If the Help Desk is unable to answer the question, a Heat ticket will be recorded and sent to the second-tier response team. Software at this level is supported by several individuals responsible and every attempt will be made to respond to the ticket in a timely fashion.
