Alumni Email Move Mail Instructions

These are instructions for moving mail from your account to your account.

Log into your Alumni email account and click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and choose Options or Mail from the drop-down menu.

From the Options list on the left hand side, choose Connected accounts

Click on the "+" to add a new connected account and enter your email address and current password.

You will get an Unsecured Connection screen. Choose OK.

Choose IMAP for the connection type and click OK.

Alumni Move 5

Enter your display name, your email address for both the email and your username, and your current password. The server information is:

Incoming server:

Authentication: Basic

Encryption: SSL

Port: 993

Alumni Move 6

Click OK to connect your email account. You will receive an email to your account to verify that you own that account. Be sure to click the link to finish the connection.
