Description

LockDown Browser is a custom web browser that locks down the testing environment within online courses in Canvas. Students are unable to print, copy, or access other websites and applications. When an assessment is started, students are locked into it until they submit it for grading. LockDown Browser is available for both Windows and Mac.

Special Dependencies

Windows Users: Internet Explorer must be configured to the minimum requirements for the Learning Management System being used (it does NOT have to be the default browser on the computer).
Mac Users: The Safari browser must be configured to the minimum requirements for the Learning Management System being used (it does NOT have to be the default browser for the computer).
