Accessing Secure Baylor Systems
Use VPN if you need to access any information in Banner, Trax, Tivoli or BearQuest over an internet connection. For more information, see the VPN web page.

Go to the main Baylor website and click Calendar to view all featured events at Baylor in addition to the academic calendar.
If you copied your files over to Box prior to leaving campus, you can access those files by logging into your Box account. For more information, see the Box web page.

Use OWA (Outlook Web Access) while you are off campus to access calendar and email by typing Mail.Baylor.edu as the URL in your browser. Type your Baylor email address and password in the window on the screen. You will be connected to your Exchange account via the internet where you can view email, contacts and calendar.

Go to the main Baylor website and click "Directory" to gain access to search the on-line directory to obtain contact information for faculty, staff and students, individually or by department. Remember that logging in to the directory will give you more detailed information.

If you need access to solutions for any technical questions or Baylor-specific technology issues, please use the Self-Service Help button on the ITS website. After logging in with your BearID and password, you will have access 24/7 to search for solutions for over 65,000 technology related issues.
