UPDATE: The New Ignite Service Desk Will Launch February 26!
Due to the widespread impact of weather conditions in the area, The New Ignite Service Desk launch will be delayed one week. We will now go live on Friday February 26.
The current Ignite Help Desk and Ignite Call Center will merge with the HR Service Center to form the Ignite Service Desk. From Friday, February 26 onward, all inquiries for either of these service desks will be routed to one location: The Ignite Service Desk. The purpose of this merger is to provide Baylor’s campus community with one central customer service hub for all inquiries related to HR, Payroll, Finance, and Ignite Portal operations.
Whether you previously contacted the HR Service Center, the Ignite Help Desk, or the Ignite Chatbot with inquiries, you should now direct your requests to the Ignite Service Desk. For example, should you have questions regarding your pay-slip, time card, using the Ignite Portal, submitting expenses or other general HR, Finance, or Ignite-related inquiries, you will contact the Ignite Service Desk.
To submit a service request, please navigate to the Ignite Portal, and utilize the following navigation to submit your request:

Our central offices are working hard to ensure a seamless transition to the Ignite Service Desk on February 19. In the meantime, thank you for your patience as we upgrade Baylor’s service offerings to campus!
Please note that the new Ignite Service Desk will not impact the ITS Service Desk, and the two are separate entities. All IT related inquiries should continue be routed to 254.710.4357 or submitted via this link. For additional ITS questions, please visit the ITS website.
